4. ✅ Yes, At least one other person with emergency access to the server infrastructure
5. ✅ Yes, Commitment to give users at least 3 months of advance warning in case of shutting down
6. 🚫 No illegal activity
7. 🚫 No extremism
8. 🚫 No hate speech
9. 🚫 No harassment of Members
10. 🚫 No disinformation
11. 🚫 No A.I. (artificial intelligence)
12. 🚫 No sexually explicit public posts
13. 🚫 No personally identifiable information (PII) in private mentions (not encrypted)
14. 🚫 No publicly identifying or publishing private information about another Member ("Doxxing")
15. 🚫 No privacy should be assumed because Search Engines and A.I. Bots aggressively scan all of the Internet
    🛈 By default Members are opted out of search engine indexing
16. 🚫 No spamming advertising
17. ✅ Yes, Mast.Social Instance uses the newest stable release of Mastodon Software 🏆 (no beta or fork software)
